To keep our products prices affordable we provide email technical support to our registered users. If any problems are encountered while using our software please contact us for help. We are also open to your questions, suggestions or comments about any of our software packages.

When submitting your support request please, make your inquiry as detailed as possible. The more details of the problem you describe, the sooner you will receive the most efficient solution.

Before you contact us, try the following:

  1. Look at the Help file and FAQ: it may already contain the answer to your question.
  2. Be sure you are working with the latest version of the application.
  3. If you have not found the solution to your problem, if you have questions, suggestions or comments, please, email our customer support service with your problem: support@gcment.com

When reporting problems, please include the following information:

  1. Your Name and Email address.
  2. Which Operating System (Windows 9x, 2000, XP, ME) are you running?
  3. Which GCM Enterprises software package your are using?
  4. Program version (see the "About" dialog).
  5. Description of the problem (Please provide as much detail as possible).

Please be patient while we review your support request. Our average turnaround time for email support is 24 hours however it could take up to 48 hours to receive a response.
