I have ordered one of your products but I still have not recieved my key.

If you do not receive your product license within a reasonable amount of time (usually 1 business day for credit card payments or 1 - 2 weeks for other payments), please notify our vendor RegNow to track your order.

I have purchased the GCMNotes software but where do I enter that key.

Step one: Highlight and copy the registration key sent to you in your email.
Step two: Click on [Start] then [Programs] then [GCMNotes] then [Register GCMNotes]
Step three: Click on the [Paste Key from Clipboard] button
Step four: Click on the [Install Registration Key] button
Step Five: Click on the [Close] button
Step Six: Run the GCMNotes software

I have purchased the Earbuilder software but where do I enter that key.

If your trial has not expired then all you need to do is click Help | Register Hide and Encrypt and follow the instructions.

If your trial has expired then follow the steps outlined below:
Step one: Highlight and copy the registration key sent to you in your email.
Step two: Click on [Start] then [Programs] then [Hide and Encrypt] then [Register Hide and Encrypt]
Step three: Click on the [Paste Key from Clipboard] button
Step four: Click on the [Install Registration Key] button
Step Five: Click on the [Close] button
Step Six: Run the Hide and Encrypt software
